Delete Your Account and Data

This page explains how to delete your PLJR Online account and the data associated with it. The PLJR Online mobile application is published by PLJR WEB, based in Patna, Bihar, India.
Quick summary: Email support@pljronline.com from your registered email address with the subject “Account Deletion Request”. We will delete your account within 90 days.
How to request deletion
To request that we delete your account and associated data, follow these steps:
- Send an email to support@pljronline.com from the email address registered to your account.
- Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request
- In the body of the email, include:
- Your registered email address
- The mobile number registered to the account (if any)
- Your full name as it appears on your account
- A short statement confirming that you want your account and data deleted
- We will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and complete the deletion within 90 days.
We confirm your identity by checking that the request comes from the email registered to the account. If we are unable to verify the request, we will contact you for additional information before proceeding.
What gets deleted
When your deletion request is processed, we delete the following from our systems:
- Your account profile (name, email, phone number, professional role)
- Your sign-in credentials and authentication tokens
- Your bookmarks, briefcases, saved searches, and personal notes
- Your search history and reading history
- Your push notification identifier
- Your subscription record (the record that you held a subscription; payment records are retained as set out below)
What is retained, and for how long
Some information must be retained for legal or operational reasons, even after your account is deleted:

If you have an active subscription
If your account has an active paid subscription at the time of deletion:
- You can continue using the Service until the end of your current billing period if you prefer to delete after that, or you can request immediate deletion.
- Refunds for unused portions follow the policy in our Terms of Use.
- Recurring billing is cancelled automatically when your account is deleted.
Partial deletion
If you want to delete only specific items (for example, your search history, or a particular briefcase) without deleting the whole account, please indicate this in your email. We will assist with partial deletion where technically possible.
