Refunds & Cancellation

Free trial
Every new subscriber gets seven days of free access. Cancel during the trial and you will not be billed.
Cancellation
Cancel anytime from /account. Cancellation stops your next renewal. Existing access continues until the end of the paid period.
Refund window
Within 7 days of a paid subscription starting, you can request a full refund — no questions asked. Email support@pljronline.com.
After 7 days
Refunds are prorated for unused months of an annual subscription. Quarterly subscriptions are non-refundable after the 7-day window but can be cancelled to stop renewal.
How refunds are processed
Refunds are credited back to the original payment method via Razorpay within 7 working days of approval.
Service issues
If we are unable to deliver the service for more than 48 hours due to a failure on our side, you can request a credit for the affected period — email support@pljronline.com.
Disputes
Disputes are resolved by the courts at Patna. We will, however, try to resolve them by email first.
